Review your selections, contact information, fulfillment details, and total before placing your order. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Checkout confirms availability, prices, tax, and any delivery charge. If these change during checkout, review the updated order before continuing.
A saved cart or checkout is not an order confirmation. Use the confirmation and order status shown after checkout to check whether your order was placed. If payment or confirmation is still processing, check your existing order status before starting another order.
Payment and fulfillment
Checkout shows the payment options available for your order. Delivery orders are paid online. When pay at pickup is available and selected, payment is due when you collect your order. Online payment uses the secure payment form shown in checkout.
Choose from the pickup or delivery options and times available in checkout. Check the confirmed fulfillment details and provide contact information where we can reach you about your order. Contact us if you need help with your pickup time or delivery address.
Changes, cancellations, and questions
Contact the bakery to discuss a change, cancellation, refund, or a problem with your order. Include your order reference so we can check its status and help with the available options. Closing your browser or clearing browser storage does not cancel an order or payment.
Custom cakes and dietary requirements
A custom cake inquiry is a request for a quote, rather than a completed online order. Discuss the design, pricing, and arrangements with the bakery. Contact us about allergies or dietary requirements before ordering so we can discuss whether a product is suitable for you.
Your information and email choices
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your information. The marketing-email checkbox is optional and starts unchecked. You can place an order without selecting it, and order updates are separate from marketing emails.
